I just finished driving Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica, CA. I have a Droid + a GPS. The Droid did not work in some areas due to lack of towers. Other than that it was a dream. I have the APP Geodelic which I adore. It shows you everything around wherever you are. You can take my stove, refer, DW, etc. away but don't take my Droid.
